By using GRRBO, creating an account, listing a property, or sending an inquiry, you agree to these Terms of Service.

What GRRBO provides

GRRBO provides property listing, renter inquiry, owner account, and email notification tools.

Owner responsibilities

Owners are responsible for property accuracy, local laws, permits, taxes, insurance, safety requirements, occupancy limits, rental agreements, payments, deposits, refunds, damages, and disputes.

Renter responsibilities

Renters are responsible for accurate inquiry details, reviewing owner policies, confirming rental terms, and deciding whether to send payment directly to an owner.

Payment disclaimer

GRRBO provides listing and inquiry tools only. GRRBO does not collect rent, deposits, cleaning fees, damage deposits, or other rental payments. All rental agreements, payments, refunds, deposits, damages, and disputes are handled directly between the property owner and renter.

Listing review and moderation

GRRBO may review, reject, edit, pause, or remove listings, accounts, or inquiries for quality, safety, policy, or legal reasons.

Prohibited content

Users may not submit fraudulent listings, unsafe content, discriminatory content, spam, illegal offers, malware, or misleading property information.

No guarantees

GRRBO does not guarantee bookings, renter behavior, owner behavior, property availability, property condition, or rental outcomes.

Account termination

GRRBO may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, unsafe behavior, policy violations, or legal risk.

Limitation of liability

GRRBO is not responsible for rental payments, property access, owner-renter disputes, damages, cancellations, refunds, or offline transactions between users.
