We collect renter inquiry details including name, email, phone, requested dates, guest count, message, and related property information.

Inquiry data

Inquiry data is used to deliver messages to property owners, send confirmation emails, prevent abuse, and support users.

Email and payment data

Resend processes email delivery data needed for account verification, password recovery, listing updates, and renter inquiries. GRRBO does not collect payment-card or bank-account information and does not process renter or owner payments during launch.

Cookies and sessions

We use account sessions and basic security tools to keep users signed in, protect forms, and reduce abuse.

How data is used

Data is used to operate listings, route inquiries, provide support, review listings, improve the site, and protect GRRBO and its users.

How data is shared

Renter inquiry details are shared with the relevant property owner. Supabase, Resend, and Cloudflare process data needed to operate and protect GRRBO.

Data retention

We retain account, listing, inquiry, email, and audit records as needed for operations, security, support, and legal obligations.

User choices

Users may contact GRRBO to request access to, correction of, or deletion help for account, listing, or inquiry information. Some records may need to be retained for security, fraud prevention, operational, or legal reasons.
